Group Gathering after the Pierhead Service
MN Service at St Nicholas Church Liverpool and afterwards a Pierhead Service at the MN Memorial 6th Sept 2026
The MN Service on Sunday 6th September 2026 took place on a glorious sunny day. St Nicholas Church was full and afterwards a procession of many standards moved to the MN Memorial on the Pierhead. The winds were light although the standards did blow somewhat. The Merseyside Master Mariners Club was well represented with several members attending. The Master presented our standard and our vice secretary laid the wreath. The memorial was surrounded by wreaths representing the deep feeling present MN members have of their past.
